Speaking to the individual ingredients of the arrangement and expressing our authentic engagement with the natural world, use foraged and fresh cut materials from the landscape at Villa Lena to create curiosity- invoking floral compositions that embrace negative space and dramatic asymmetry. The final composition will be photographed using a Polaroid, camera, or iPhone, so that students can bring their botanical meditations with them.
